Terms & Conditions

• This offer is only valid for new enrollments made between April 1, 2021 - August 31, 2021 (11:59PM). A valid enrollment consists of a completed submission of our online enrollment form, an e-transferred deposit of $305.00 ($250 deposit + $55 registration fee) and a letter of confirmation of enrollment (from us to you) by email on or before September 1, 2021.

• This offer is only valid for full time (5 day program: Mon-Fri) enrollments to start in our full day kindergarten program on or before September 7, 2021.

• This offer is limited to one per family.

• This offer is not valid in combination with any other discount or promotion.

• This offer has no cash value and is not transferable.

• This offer provides eligible full time enrollments with a discount of one month’s fees and is redeemable on the 1st of June 2022.  This offer is only redeemable at these predetermined time.

• Any child or family who has their service terminated by The Kinder Garden will no longer be eligible to redeem their offer at any time.

• Any family who transitions their child into a part time program will no longer be eligible for this offer.

• This offer cannot be used towards an outstanding balance and cannot be redeemed unless your account is paid in full and up to date by the redemption period specified above. 

• This offer is not guaranteed to all applicants due to the limit of qualifying spaces.

• This offer will be revoked from any family who does not comply with The Kinder Garden’s withdrawal policy and therefore will be charged fees as usual.

• Each of the paragraphs of these terms and conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
